If you're in possession of a coupon code or have won a competition, the following terms and conditions will apply should you use or share it:

Promo Codes Terms & conditions

  • Must be redeemed online, and can not be applied to previously placed orders
  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • Not redeemable for cash or credit
  • Promo codes that offer money off, for example, a percentage discount, can be applied to all standard-priced retail orders made online, but may not combine with any other promo code or free shipping offer
  • Are available to use many times as you like within the offer period
  • Can not be applied to any orders containing products priced for trade
  • Are sharable, friends and family may wish to take advantage of an offer you have received

  • Can not be applied to any orders placed on behalf of a customer
  • Promo codes that offer money off, for example a percentage discount, are in addition quantity discounts, up to a maximum 50% decrease from the original, single net retail price
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promo code for any reason we deem necessary
  • Refunds for orders with a promo code will not include the value of the promo code. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the order

  • Winners of each competition will be chosen at random and notified shortly thereafter by email
  • Prizes are as stated and non-transferable, with no cash or other alternatives offered unless advertised prize becomes unavailable
  • An alternative winner will be selected if we do not receive a response from an individual winner within 7 days of notification
  • Frame and Print Ltd will not be liable for entries not received for any reason
  • All entrants to competitions are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them

Useful Information

Promotional codes received from us by email will have listed the exact expiry time, as well as exact discount offered at the bottom of the communication. Certain products may be excluded from promo codes. See the specific details of the promo code for a list of excluded products. Note that all money off promo codes apply to your order before shipping and tax.

Applying a coupon

If you receive a discount code entitling you to a special offer like money off or free delivery, you can activate it easily:

  4. Click or tap to apply
